Kathleen adored cows, their soft noses, gentle snuffles and calm demeanor. There were many of these placid beasts in the fields around the summer house in Marshall’s Bay, all belonging to the neighbouring Elliott’s Farm.
Kathleen needed only a few simple pencil strokes to show her beloved cows in many different perspectives and poses.
